With so many pop-stars in today’s music industry changing their styles to try and remain on top, Jenny from the Block has stayed true to herself. Since the early 90s, Jennifer Lopez has had it all. She can captivate a crowd with her ability to sing and dance while mesmerizing them with her ageless beauty. She has the perfect blend of every talent that stars dream of, making her perfect for the Sin City stage.
Most of the later stages of her career have been spent acting. However, she is still making strides in the music business. In 2017, she is set to release a full length Spanish album, only the second of her career. Interestingly enough the executive producer is Marc Anthony, J-Lo’s ex-husband. His talent is undeniable, and the two of them should deliver a product that their Spanish-speaking fans will appreciate.
The album release date coincides with the beginning of her Las Vegas residency. Going down at The Axis at Planet Hollywood, J-Lo fans will have plenty of opportunities to see her live. With a brief stint to conclude 2017, J-Lo fans will have a chance to hear her live after her album release. Entitled, “Ni Tu Ni Yo,” the lead single off of the album was very well received by fans.
J-Lo picks up her residency in February of 2018 to once again take over the city. By then, her album will be up for Grammy Awards and tickets will be selling fast. With the on sale scheduled for the today, Jennifer Lopez tickets are already must-have. Here are a few highlights from J-Lo that fans cannot wait to see her perform live.
“If You Had My Love” – 1999
J-Lo’s debut single set a career in motion that few other pop-stars could only dream to have. Her dashing good looks and smooth vocals stole the show immediately. This smash hit still lives on today, and was recently sampled in Drake’s latest album, More Life.
“All My Love” ft. LL Cool J – 2002
With her career already launched in to the stratosphere, the R&B sensation could no wrong. This song about love and heartbreak showed that J-Lo could be on songs with other mainstream sensations and still steal the show. With fellow New York native, LL Cool J, “All My Love,” was the anthem for many heartbroken people in the early 2000s. This song will come during a slower portion of her show, but once fans hear it, the whole crowd will sing along.
“Ni Tu Ni Yo” ft. Gente de Zona – 2017
J-Lo’s return to the Spanish music scene came with a bang. She burst on the scene in her 20s, and her voice and dance moves still have the same effect as she nears the age of 50. Translated to, “Neither You or I,” this song elicits passion, positive vibes and an escape to tropical paradise. For a woman that already has it all, for her to put this much passion in to her music at this age is a great sign for fans.
